The SEMIKRON SKKR300/0.2-BVR is a precision shunt-module designed for high-current measurement applications
in power electronic systems. Manufactured by SEMIKRON, this module features a low inductance design and excellent
long-term stability, making it suitable for monitoring converter currents, measurement in inverters and motor drives,
or as a current-sensor input element in high-power modules. The product uses Direct-Copper-Bonding (DCB) technology
and an isolated copper baseplate, allowing safe mounting to heatsinks while maintaining high-voltage isolation. With
a calibrated resistance (0.2 mΩ nominal) and a full-scale current rating of 300 A, it provides reliable voltage drop signals
for accurate measurement. Clear mechanical design, strong isolation characteristics, and long lifetime make it a practical
choice for industrial , traction, UPS and inverter designs.
