The ICS Triplex T8013 Digital Output Module is a high-reliability industrial control module designed for demanding 

and safety applications. Operating at a rated voltage of 24 VDC with an allowable range of 20 to 32 VDC, the module 

delivers stable and precise digital output performance in harsh industrial environments. Each channel supports a 

maximum continuous current of 2 A, while the entire module can handle up to 40 A total load current, making it suitable 

for controlling multiple field devices simultaneously. With leakage current below 2 mA and built-in overcurrent 

protection activated above 3.5 A, the T8013 ensures enhanced operational safety and equipment protection. Its 

impressive MTBF of more than 100,000 hours reflects excellent long-term reliability, while the operating temperature 

range of -5℃ to +60℃ allows dependable performance in various industrial conditions such as power plants, oil & 

gas facilities, and process systems.

Product Applications

Oil and Gas (Petrochemical Industry): Used to control the switching of emergency shut-off valves (ESD), pressure relief 

valves, and pumps in refineries, oil production platforms, and oil pipelines, forcibly shutting down critical processes in the 

event of danger.
Coal and Nuclear Power Generation: Used in boiler management systems (BMS) and turbine overspeed protection, 

controlling trip circuits and safety interlock actuators.
Large Chemical Plants: Controls catalyst feed valves and emergency cooling water injection systems in chemical reactors

to prevent runaway reactions and explosions.
