The Bulletin 150, solid-state controller has an open enclosure type, an input line voltage of 200-480V AC, 3-Phase, 50/60Hz, 

a control voltage of 100-240V AC, with an option for pump and braking control. The size of the controller is 11.42 inches (W) 

X 23.62 inches (H) X 10.89 inches (D). The controller also has a temperature rating of -5 to 50 degrees (C). 

Storage temperature should be maintained at -25 to 75 degrees (C), while humidity of storage conditions should fall 

between 5-95%, non-condensing. Starting and stopping modes include soft start, current limit start, dual ramp, full 

voltage, linear speed acceleration, preset slow speed, and soft stop. With respect to the standard features, power wiring is 

a standard squirrel-cage induction motor or a Wye-Delta, six-lead motor; control wiring is a 2-and-3 wire control for a 

wider array of applications. Starting and stopping modes include soft start, current limit start, and many more. Protections 

and diagnostics cover a wide array of situations, including power loss, line faults, voltage unbalance, excessive starts per 

hour, phase reversal, and more. Metering includes measurements in amps, volts, kW, KWh, MW, MWH, elapsed time, 

power factor, and motor thermal capacity usage.Alarm contact includes overload, underload, undervoltage, 

overvoltage, unbalance, jams, stalls, and ground faults. Status indications included with the SMC-Flex include indications 

of stop, start, stopping, at speed, alarm, and fault. The SMC-Flex also includes four fully programmable contacts as 

normal/up-to-speed/fault/alarm/network, or external bypass.
