The VIBRO-METER VM600 MPC4 (200-510-070-112) is a high-performance machinery protection card developed by
Meggitt Vibro-Meter, designed for use within the VM600 Machinery Protection System.
As the core processing module of the VM600 system, the MPC4 card provides real-time monitoring, analysis, and
protection for critical rotating machinery such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and generators. It continuously
evaluates vibration, displacement, and speed signals, ensuring early fault detection and rapid protective response.
Product Applications
Power Generation:
Steam Turbine Generator Set: Monitors bearing vibration, rotor relative displacement (shaft vibration),
displacement (temperature difference), and rotational speed to prevent faults caused by blade damage, rotor
misalignment, or balance issues.
