The KEYENCE LJ-V7300 is a high-performance 2D/3D laser profile sensor engineered for precision measurement,
inspection, and dimensional analysis in industrial environments. Utilizing advanced blue semiconductor laser technology
(405 nm) and diffuse reflection measurement, the sensor delivers exceptional accuracy and stability when measuring
complex surfaces, edges, profiles, and height variations.
With a 300 mm reference distance and a wide ±145 mm measurement range, the LJ-V7300 is capable of capturing
detailed profile data across large inspection areas while maintaining a repeatability of up to 5 μm on the Z-axis. The
sensor's high-speed sampling capability of 16 μs allows it to perform real-time measurements on fast-moving production
lines, making it ideal for automated quality control applications.
