The T9882 is an 8-channel, dual-isolated analogue output termination assembly designed for the ICS Triplex AADvance
safety system. Built for high-integrity distributed control (DCS) and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) architectures, it
delivers precise field-device modulation with robust electrical isolation. The T9882 is widely utilized across
petrochemical refineries, power generation plants, and heavy chemical factories to manage critical loops, safeguard
hazardous processes, and maintain continuous, fault-tolerant operations up to SIL 3 requirements.
Product Applications
Oil and gas upstream plant control emergency shut-off valves (ESD), wellhead control panels, and high-pressure
protection systems (HIPPS).
Large chemical plants/refineries: temperature/pressure regulating valve control for critical reactors, and toxic/hazardous
gas release isolation systems.
Coal and nuclear power plants: boiler feedwater pump control, turbine overspeed protection systems (TSI), and
emergency interlocking of critical valves.
Metallurgical and large blast furnace plants: blast furnace fan control, gas pipeline safety shut-off, and cooling water
flow safety monitoring.
Large water treatment and environmental protection plants: precision control of critical chemical dosing pumps, and
safety interlocking of valves in large wastewater treatment plants.
