The ICS Triplex T8312-7C is a Trusted TMR (Triple Modular Redundant) Expander Interface Adaptor Unit. It provides a 

reliable hardware interconnect between the Controller Chassis and the Expander Chassis in critical industrial and 

safety-instrumented systems (SIS).

The ICS Triplex T8312-7C Expander Interface Adaptor Module is a Trusted TMR communication interface unit used to 

connect a controller chassis with up to seven remote expander chassis. It provides reliable high-speed communication 

across the Trusted safety system architecture while maintaining fault tolerance and system redundancy. The module 

features fully shielded EMC protection, secure locking connectors, and robust industrial construction for operation in 

harsh environments. It is widely used in oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, and other safety-critical 

industrial applications where continuous system availability and dependable communication are essential.
