output is configured for single-ended operation and can handle current ranges of either 0 to 20 mA or 4 to
20 mA, providing flexibility for various applications.
Power consumption is efficient, with a bus current draw of 145 mA at 5V DC and 185 mA at 24V DC. Thermal
management is accounted for, with a maximum heat dissipation of 2.69 watts, ensuring that the module operates
within safe temperature limits. It is equipped with features for open-circuit protection and supports short-circuit
conditions, upholding reliability in demanding environments. The maximum short-circuit protection is rated at 21 mA.
