Honeywell FC-TELD-0001 is an earth leakage detector, also known as aground fault circuit interrupter (GFCl).
lt is a safety device that is used toprotect people from electrical shock. lt does this by monitoring the amountof
current that is flowing in the circuit and if it detects a difference betweenthe amount of current that is flowing in
the hot wire and the amount ofcurrent that is flowing in the neutral wire, it will trip and turn off the power.
The Honeywell FC-TELD-0001 is typically used in industrial applications, butit can also be used in residential applications.
lt is important to note that theHoneywell FC-TELD-0001 is not a circuit breaker and it will not protectagainst overloads.
