Attention Before Use

1. Voltage: Stay within specified range.   Exceeding -23.5 Vdc reduces linear range.
2. Wiring: Use 16-24 AWG shielded triad cable.   Max length 305 m (1000 ft).
3. Mounts on standard 35 mm DIN rail.   Ensure clearance for installation/removal.
4. Accuracy requires AISI 4140 steel target, min. 31 mm (1.2 in) diameter.
5. For smaller shafts: risk of cross-talk and scale factor change.   Maintain min. tip separation (e.g., 64 mm axial).
6. Take ESD precautions.
7. SpringLoc terminals allow tool-free, robust field wiring.
