Radial vibration measurement: Real-time measurement of the radial vibration of the rotating shaft relative to the
bearing. By identifying abnormal vibrations, it enables early detection of rotor imbalance, improper alignment, or
bearing wear, etc.
Axial displacement measurement: Monitoring the wear condition of the thrust bearing. If the axial displacement exceeds
the safety value, the system will automatically alarm or trigger a chain shutdown to prevent the rotor from colliding
with stationary components and causing a catastrophic accident.
Speed and phase reference: As a keyphasor probe, it is used to measure the rotational speed of the rotating shaft
and provide a phase reference signal, which is the basis for dynamic balance analysis.
Offset monitoring: During the startup of large steam turbines, it measures the degree of shaft bending (offset) to ensure
that the equipment accelerates within the safe speed range.
