The 150-F5NBDB controller is an solid-state Smart Motor Controller (SMC) or small soft starter with a current rating of
5 Amps and 3 Horsepower of output power. The operating voltage of this device is 460 Volts AC. By using this smart
motor controller, small motor control application systems can be upgraded from older electromechanical motor starting
systems composed of circuit breakers, contactors, and overload relays to new motion control starting systems composed
of just circuit breakers and soft starters. The 150-F5NBDB Smart Motor Controller provides the motor circuit activation
function of a normal contactor and combines it with several other current limiting and energy-saving capabilities that
are not available in older devices.
