Yokogawa EC402-50 Description
The Yokogawa EC402-50 is an ESB Bus Coupler Module designed for use in the Field Control Unit (FCU) of the
CENTUM VP distributed control system. It serves as a high-speed (128 Mbps) master interface for connecting
multiple I/O node units via the ESB bus. The EC402-50 module supports up to 13 connected units and offers
redundancy by allowing dual-module configurations. With robust performance, compact design, and reliable
data transmission over distances up to 20 meters, the EC402-50 ensures stable and efficient communication within
the control network.
