Product Parameters
The SIEMENS A5E43267455001 IS TCD4 is an Intrinsically Safe (IS) Detector Personality Module designed for use with the Siemens Maxum II Gas Chromatograph. It interfaces with Thermal Conductivity Detectors (TCDs), digitizes their analog signals, and transmits data to the system controller via I2C for processing by the Embedded SNE software. The processed data can be monitored in real time on the Maxum II maintenance panel or workstation.

Model & Compatibility: Part number A5E43267455001 (IS TCD4 DPM); compatible with Siemens Maxum II Airbath and Airless ovens; certified for intrinsically safe TCDs. Cannot be replaced by IS TCD3 (IS TCD3 requires an adapter to upgrade to IS TCD4). |

Primary Function: Interfaces with TCDs, converts analog signals to digital, and transmits data to the Maxum II system controller via I2C. |

Detector Interface: Two 11-pin connectors supporting four TCD channels (1 reference + 3 signal). |

Communication Interface: I2C port connects to the system controller via a dedicated cable. |
