The SEMIKRON SEMiX353GB126V1 is a high-power IGBT module in the SEMiX 3s series, designed for demanding
industrial power conversion applications such as inverter drives, UPS systems, welding units and other power
electronics requiring rugged performance. It features trench-gate IGBT technology, high short-circuit capability,
and a low saturation voltage characteristic with a positive temperature coefficient for safe paralleling. The module
is housed in a robust ceramic power module form, optimized for high current (hundreds of amps) and high voltage
(≈ 1200 V) operation, with large heat-sink mounting surfaces and standard dual-terminal connections for integration.
