The Motortronics MVC4-TCB (36-0576) is a control board for MVC4 medium voltage soft starters, featuring
advanced motor protection, fiber optic isolation, and programmable ramp types. It handles control, metering,
and fault diagnostics (TCB Fault/ESTOP) for 10-13.8kV class motors and can be configured via keypad or laptop.
Product Applications
Electricity and Energy: The tubular monitoring technology is used for the start-up control of circulating pumps in power
plants, boiler induced draft fans, and large pumping stations. It can also be applied to the condition monitoring of
transformer series.
Water Treatment and Water Supply: Widely used in large municipal water pumps, drainage systems, and irrigation pumps.
The soft start function of the MVC4 series can effectively reduce water hammer effects and protect pipes and valves.
Mining and Metallurgy: Drives conveyor belts, ball mills, crushers, and large fans. In these heavy-load start-up scenarios,
it can limit the starting current and reduce grid fluctuations.
Oil and Gas: Used for compressors, pipeline pumps, and high-power rotating equipment in refineries.
