The Motorola MVME2304-0111 is a high-performance VMEbus processor module from the MVME2300 series, designed for demanding embedded computing applications. It is built around a powerful 333 MHz PowerPC 604™ 32-bit microprocessor, featuring 32KB of integrated instruction and data cache for optimized processing speed. This module is equipped with 16MB of ECC-protected DRAM for reliable data integrity and 5MB of onboard Flash memory (combining socketed and surface-mount types) for flexible firmware and application storage. It includes an 8KB NVRAM with a removable battery backup for critical data retention and a real-time clock.
