The HIMAX X-CPU01 processor module is an essential core component of the HIMax safety system, responsible
for all critical data processing and system control functions. It is capable of executing up to 32 user-defined programs
while managing central operations such as system coordination and communication. The module supports
advanced redundancy configurations, allowing operation with up to three additional processor modules to ensure
high availability and fault tolerance. It also enables secure data exchange via SafeEthernet, ensuring reliable
communication across the system. In addition, the X-CPU 01 is designed to generate, record, and store CPU-related
events, as well as collect and archive event data from connected I/O modules, providing comprehensive system
diagnostics and traceability.
