The UR8FV GE CT/VT module is a reliable and efficient solution that can be used for current and voltage measurement

The UR-8FV of General Electric Multilin is a CT/VT module designed to replace old modules or upgrade existing universal
relay systems,providing 3-1A/5A phase CT,1A/5A ground CT,and four terminal voltage transformer for this relay.This
module is crucial for monitoring and managing AC power lines,and can also improve the overall safety of users and
power system equipment.
UR-8FV is a new type of CT/VT module.Its characteristic is the standard 4CT/4VT.In contrast,other CT/VT modules may
have standard or sensitive 8CT,or standard or sensitive 4CT/4VT with enhanced display.The sensitive characteristics of
certain CT/VT modules enable them to provide ground fault protection for general-purpose relays.In the presence of
grounded systems with high impedance characteristics,they can achieve this advantage by obtaining sensitive
grounded inputs.All CT/VT modules can provide up to 24 CT and VT signals(analog)for universal relays to enhance
their monitoring capabilities for power lines.The additional special function module can also detect faults caused by
grounding conductor conditions.It is important to place the old CT/VT module in a universal relay that also has the old
model CPU.Similarly,it is important to match the new CT/VT module with the new CPU to avoid erroneous indications
on the display screen.After RH-8(such as RH-8A),older models will have lower alphanumeric codes.
