The DSE8660 MKII is an advanced and versatile single or multi-mains controller with automatic transfer
switch (ATS) capability, designed to synchronize and manage multiple generator sets in parallel with one or
more utility (mains) supplies. This module ensures seamless power transitions between the utility and generator
supply, supporting no-break power solutions, as well as peak lopping and peak shaving to optimize energy efficiency
and reduce operational costs. The DSE8660 MKII is ideal for applications where uninterrupted power and grid stability
are crucial.
Product Applications
Factory Peak Lopping & Peak Shaving: When the factory's power consumption exceeds the municipal power quota,
the controller activates the generator set to operate in parallel, filling the power gap. During peak electricity prices,
the generator supplies power to reduce the consumption of the municipal power, significantly lowering the factory's
operating costs.
No-break Return Power Switching: After the municipal power fails and recovers, the controller can achieve
synchronous switching between the generator set and the municipal power, ensuring that critical production
lines (such as semiconductor manufacturing, precision processing, etc.) do not experience power outages during
the transition.
Load Sharing with Multiple Generator Sets: When used in conjunction with DSE8610 MKII, it can manage up to
32 generator sets. Based on the factory's real-time power consumption, it automatically increases or decreases
the number of operating generator sets to maximize system efficiency.
Backup Power Redundancy Management: In the event of complete failure of the municipal power supply, it
manages the startup sequence of the generators in a complex power grid structure to ensure the power supply
for factory offices, safety, and core power systems.
