Fields of Use

It is primarily intended for use on centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and process gas compressors, 

especially those with tight installation requirements where standard transducer systems cannot fit.
Its compact M10X1 thread and armored design make it ideal for applications with space constraints, such as 

measuring radial vibration on small shafts (smaller than 51 mm / 2 in) or axial position on small flat targets 

(smaller than 15 mm / 0.6 in).
It is suitable for key measurements on fluid-film bearing machines, including radial vibration, radial position, 

axial (thrust) position, and for providing Keyphasor® and zero-speed signals on machines where a small shaft 

or reduced side-view is present.
