The design of the PROXPAC XL Proximity Transducer Assemblyis similar to our 31000/32000 Proximity Probe
Housing Assemblies. The assembly offers the same advantages andfeatures as the 31000 and 32000 housings for
accessing andexternally adjusting proximity probes. However, the housingcover of the PROXPAC XL Assembly also
contains its own 3300XL Proximitor sensor. This design makes the PROXPAC XLAssembly a completely self-contained
proximity probesystem, and eliminates the need for an extension cablebetween the probe and its associated Proximitor
sensor. Italso eliminates the need for a separate Proximitor housing, asthe field wiring connects directly between the
monitors andPROXPAC XL Assemblies.

Power Generation: Used in thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, and gas turbine power plants.

Metallurgy & Mining: Used for bearing condition monitoring in heavy-duty rotating equipment such as large blast
furnace blowers, rolling mill drive shafts, and large mineral processing ball mills.
Heavy Machinery: As an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) component, directly installed in the bearing housings
of large compressors, industrial fans, and large pumps.
