Description
The Atos Z-ME-KZ-PS is a digital axis controller/driver designed for closed-loop position and pressure/force control
in hydraulic systems, particularly plastic injection molding machines. It processes real-time, analog, or fieldbus
commands to control injection actuators, offering features like encoder/potentiometer feedback and serial diagnostic ports.
Product Applications
Oil & Gas: Used for process of oil and gas extraction platforms, long-distance pipeline monitoring, and liquefied
natural gas (LNG) receiving stations.
Petrochemical: Responsible for explosion-proof isolation and power distribution connection of on-site instruments
(such as transmitters and control valves) in large ethylene plants and refining combined units.
Power Generation: Applied to DCS control systems of thermal power units, thermal network monitoring, and
management of new energy sources (such as biomass energy and waste-to-energy).
Metallurgy & Mining: Used for equipment control in blast furnaces, converters, coking production lines, and
beneficiation processes.
Water Treatment: Applied to remote pumping stations and treatment processes of urban sewage treatment
plants and waterworks.
