Specifications

The ABB Bailey SPIIT13 is a high-performance communication interface module designed for the Bailey INFI 90 and 

Symphony Plus distributed control systems (DCS). It functions primarily as an INFI-NET to INFI-NET local transfer 

module, allowing smooth data transmission, signal routing, and network interfacing between different segments of 

an industrial network.

Product Applications

Petrochemical and Refinery Plants: Used for pressure closed-loop control, flow monitoring, and level regulation under 

high pressure and high temperature environments to ensure the accuracy of complex chemical reaction processes.
Thermal and Nuclear Power Plants: Serves as the core communication component in the power plant's DCS system, 

providing real-time monitoring of turbine status, boiler combustion parameters, and generator power transmission.
Metallurgical and Steel Plants: Applied to temperature monitoring, material proportioning, and precise motor/valve control 

in processes such as blast furnace ironmaking and converter steelmaking.
Paper and Water Treatment Plants: Responsible for high-flow-rate level control, pump-valve linkage, and protocol 

conversion and data synchronization for multi-stage slurry variable frequency speed control systems.
